In this project, we designed and constructed an advanced facility in collaboration with Meptagon for Datum Dental, a leading company in the dental industry. The project incorporated a wide range of cutting-edge systems, including clean rooms, fume extraction and smoke evacuation systems, electrical and control systems, as well as industrial air conditioning solutions to ensure optimal working conditions.
The first floor houses offices, auxiliary production systems, and storage areas. The second floor contains the manufacturing area, which consists of exceptionally high-standard clean rooms. The third floor includes offices and laboratories.
The air conditioning system on the second floor is based on custom air handling units (AHUs) designed for clean rooms, supplemented with HEPA absolute filters and FFU (Fan Filter Units). The air conditioning system on the first and third floors is based on Nashon blower units. Additionally, fume extraction is performed using dedicated exhaust fans. Cold water is supplied from the energy center located at ground level.
